This HG50×2.0 open square tube cold roll forming line adopts mature cold roll forming technology and stable PLC control system. Open cold-formed steel section Φ20×2.0 is made of high-quality steel strip by cold bending process, featuring an open circular section with an outer diameter of 20mm and wall thickness of 2.0mm. The product boasts precise dimensions, regular forming, light weight, reliable strength, and convenient welding and assembly. It can be supplied in black steel or galvanized for corrosion protection, meeting the requirements of general cold-formed open steel sections.It is widely used in light supports, mechanical components, guardrails and handrails, cable protection tubes, and various frame connectors. The standard length is 6m, and customized cutting is available. With a wide range of applications, it is economical and practical.

The open square steel cold forming line is a fully automatic cold roll forming equipment, used to process steel strips into open square steel, special-shaped steel, etc. Widely used in construction, photovoltaic brackets, cable trays and other industries.The whole line consists of uncoiler, leveler, feeding system,main forming machine, punching system, cutting system and run-out table. Controlled by PLC, it features stable forming, high precision, fast speed and easy operation.

This production line is our company developed guardrail plate and shaped steel special equipment, with a certain specification of steel strip as raw materials, through the cold forming method, the production of the required specifications of cold formed steel.

The mill is intended for manufacturing of round pipe of Φ88.9mm-Φ273mm with thickness of 3.0mm–8.0mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip by means of unclosed tubular blank with its subsequent welding into tube, edge heating by means of solid state high-frequency welder, longitudinal seam welding in rolls of tube welding machine, cooling, further sizing or shaping and on-stream cutting of endless tube in measured lengths.

The mill is intended for manufacturing of round pipe of Φ114-219mm with thickness of 1.2–5mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip by means of unclosed tubular blank with its subsequent welding into tube, edge heating by means of solid state high-frequency welder, longitudinal seam welding in rolls of tube welding machine, cooling, further sizing or shaping and on-stream cutting of endless tube in measured lengths.

This line is apply for various kinds of steel plates slitting, recoiling. It used to uncoiling large coil plate, and slitting into strips as required width, then to recoiling and packing into strip coil for next procedure of cold-bending, punching, pipe welding, etc.

HG610 is designed for large diameter and thick wall pipe production, mainly for Φ325~Φ610mm round pipe, square pipe and rectangular pipe. Adopting high frequency ERW technology, it features high precision, stable efficiency and heavy-duty performance. Suitable for carbon steel, low alloy steel, etc.

The mill is intended for manufacturing of round pipe of Φ16mm-Φ50mm with thickness of 1mm–2mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip by means of unclosed tubular blank with its subsequent welding into tube, edge heating by means of solid state high-frequency welder, longitudinal seam welding in rolls of tube welding machine, cooling, further sizing or shaping and on-stream cutting of endless tube in measured lengths.
Finished product will be of round, square or rectangular pipe.
