This line is apply for various kinds of steel plates slitting, recoiling. It used to uncoiling large coil plate, and slitting into strips as required width, then to recoiling and packing into strip coil for next procedure of cold-bending, punching, pipe welding, etc.
The line adopts a passive shear (pull shear) working method. The line mainly consists of three parts: mechanical, electrical control, and hydraulic.
