Uncoiler
The Uncoiler on the feeding machine is compacted by the presser arm, after cutting the strap, the winder head is extended forward by the rotation of the electric presser winder. Extend hydraulic shovel head forward, balance oil cylinder to adjust the height of shovel head, connect plate, hydraulic straight head mechanism straight head down, press straight plate head for several times, make the roll head smoothly into hydraulic clamping mechanism, adjust the initial straightening roller, clip the plate after the initial straightening and send it to the transition table.
Slitter
It is composed of stand, fixed arch, big slider, blade shaft, movable arch, the slider, before and after regulating mechanism of arch, blade shaft synchronizing lifting and depressing regulating mechanism, accompany with blades, spacer bush, rubber ring.According to the requirements of the thickness and width of the plate, the slitting line can divide the raw material plate into several widths.
Recoiler
It is composed of stand, hydraulic expanding recoiling mandrel system, reducing drive device, separating device, oil cylinder, pushing device, recoiling shaft, quenching and tempering.Recoiler driven by dc motor, by brake, reducer, transmission gear transmit the power to coil drum spindle, rotary oil cylinder through the inclined wedge slide block.
