HG325x6.5 Tube Mill Line

The mill is intended for manufacturing of round pipe of Φ168mm-Φ325mm with thickness of 4.0mm–6.5mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip by means of unclosed tubular blank with its subsequent welding into tube, edge heating by means of solid state high-frequency welder, longitudinal seam welding in rolls of tube welding machine, cooling, further sizing or shaping and on-stream cutting of endless tube in measured lengths.

    Hydraulic Double-arbor Uncoiler with peeler and coil car

    Function :Used for coil loading, uncoiler and coil supporting, providing raw materials for the production line.

    Composition: active uncoiling mandrel, pinch roll device, end straightening drive device, shovel head straightening device, hydraulic station, braking system, operation console.

    Pinch roll & Leveller

    Function: Flattens the head and tail ends of the steel strip, and drives the steel strip to the shear and butt welding machine, facilitating the operation of the shear and butt welding machine.

    Composition: Drive Device, Pinch Feed Device, Leveling Device, Photoelectric Detection Element, Electrical & Hydraulic System

     Automatic Shear & butt welding machine

    Function: cut the irregular sections at the head and tail of the steel strip, aligns the tail end of the previous coil with the head end of the next coil and welds them together, ensuring continuous material supply for the accumulator.

    Composition: adopts hydraulic control and is driven by a hydraulic system. The head and tail of the strip are centered, and welding is completed automatically; it includes a centering device, a welding platform, etc

    Horizontal spiral accumulator (O.D.: 9.0m)

    Function: Stores the steel strip, provides uninterrupted material supply for the main welded pipe machine, and ensures the continuous production of the forming & sizing mill.

    Composition: front and rear steering devices, outer cage, inner cage, material storage tray, pinch feeder, pinch feeder drive device, length measuring device, photoelectric detection element, electric control unit, operation console, hydraulic station (included in the hydraulic system of the shear and butt welding machine) etc.

    Milling saw

    Composition: consists of a basement, saw carriage, rotary headstock, feeding system, sawing system, front and rear clampers, speed measuring system, hydraulic system etc.

    Automatic Stacking and Packing machine

    Automatic Stacking and Packing machine, need to feed pipe constant, adopts electromagnetic sucker, motor sensing system control palletizing number and package shape, and then the package shape with automatic strapping machine packing then lift to warehourse.

    (1) Fast production speed, can be 24 hours of uninterrupted production.

    (2) High degree of automation, improve production efficiency, and save labor and labor intensity, 2 people can operate the unit, improve product quality, reduce noise.
