Product Description
ERW325 high-frequency welded pipe production line is the special equipment providing longitudinally welded pipe and cold formed steel for industries such as metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery, vehicles and so on.
Used new technology to produce square and rectangle pipe directly.
Taking cold or hot-rolled steel as raw materials, through cold-formed and high-frequency welding method to produce the suitable pipe.
Material of the coil: Low carbon steel, max.X70.

Compared with the round-square method, the section form shape is better using this method, the relative inner radius is smaller, and the edge is straight, the appearance is clear and neat.
Using the new technology of multi-point bending, To eliminate the axial force and lateral wear in the forming, not only reduce the forming passed to ensure the product accuracy, but also reduce the power lose and roll wear.
Using combined roller, one set of roller can be used to product dozens of types square and rectangle pipe. It can greatly reduce the roller spare parts, and reduce 70% roller cost, accelerate cash flow, shorten the product development cycle.
Horizontal Roll Stands
used to fix the horizontal roll and is main part in forming phase. It adopts double-housing type. Below-roll doesn’t need to be adjusted; the height of rolling low line can be insured by unit precision and super- precision insurable bed. It is made up of two frameworks. If changing roll, you only need disentangle bolt and acorn nut in non-drive side framework and then pulled into slide. Orientation fixing and feather key is matched with key way in basement. The height of up-roll can be adjusted via servo motor.
Forming section
◆ Forming section: thirteen horizontal roll stands (including five universal roll stands), three vertical roll stands
