LW150 Automatic Heavy C Purlin Cold Roll Forming Line
It adopts an imported PLC control system, and the entire machine is formed by welding thickened steel plates, featuring a stable and durable structure. It can realize integrated fully automatic production including automatic feeding, leveling, punching, forming, cutting, and discharging, without the need for a large number of manual supervision throughout the process. The equipment utilizes precision roll technology; the rolls are made of cemented carbide, undergo quenching and precision machining, resulting in high forming accuracy and strong wear resistance. The produced C-section steel has standard dimensions, a smooth surface without scratches, and excellent load-bearing performance, fully complying with industry standards.
