Product Description
This production line is our company developed guardrail plate and shaped steel special equipment, with a certain specification of steel strip as raw materials, through the cold forming method, the production of the required specifications of cold formed steel. The unit has innovative design, convenient operation and maintenance, that is, saving investment and economical and practical, typical material galvanized steel, low carbon steel (IS2062-GR-E350). Our company shall be responsible for the overall design, manufacturing, guidance, installation and commissioning of the production line.

Hydraulic punching machine
Punching without stop the machine, hydraulic drive, touch screen set length, servo drive control, punching machine under the control of PLC, fast tracking profile discharge running speed, when the two speed synchronization, reach the set length, hydraulic cylinder action driven punching die, out of the triangle hole, process gap and logo. After punching, the punching machine is reset and the cycle repeats.
Forming mill
Forming mill consists of 18sets horizontal roll stand, The horizontal stands are cast steel structure.
Following-up Servo Cutting machine
Servo drive, touch screen set length, cutting under the control of PLC, tracking profile discharge running speed, when the two speed synchronization, reach the set length, hydraulic cylinder action driven to cut the mold, cut the profile. After cutting off, cutting machine reset. Work in cycles.
