Product Introduction

The slitting line is used for longitudinally slitting wide steel plates from steel coils. The entire line is controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Hydraulic loading is interlocked with the operation of directional valves to ensure that the hydraulic station remains in an unloaded state when no hydraulic cylinders (motors) are in operation. For ease of operation, two operating platforms and one operating box are installed throughout the line. The line adopts a passive shear (pull shear) working method. The line mainly consists of three parts: mechanical, electrical control, and hydraulic.
