Φ101.6～Φ355×14mm Pipe Straightener

This equipment is used for steel pipe straightener whose diameter is Φ101.6mm~355mm and thickness is 3mm~14mm. Main transmission adopts AC motor drive with the features of high accuracy, reliable, simple, convenient maintain and so on. The pipes pass the inlet roller, get into the straightening house and come out through outlet roller. All the operation is finished automatically or by linkage. The machine adopt upper and lower roller arrangement, vertical seven rollers including upper three and lower four, has high straightening accuracy. It can meet the requirements of relevant national standards on the type and straightness of steel pipes.
